He is completely simple and direct. He himself does not
demand all this deference, but just to be in his presence makes one fell
absolutely 'weak and lowly'. The Guardian is ever courteous and does not lose
patience with questions of the immature. However, he is not reticent about
letting people know which questions are important, and which are not, and which
will be answered later by the International House of Justice...
